The client’s heating consumption was reduced by 74% after installing our system.

The factory produced latex-based balloons and previously used coal combustion to heat oil, which was then used to generate hot air. For environmental reasons, the factory wanted to switch from coal to a more sustainable and less polluting solution.

We removed the oil system and instead installed our system, which delivers hot air directly to the furnace.

After the conversion, the factory’s total energy consumption has been reduced by 26%. This saving would not have been possible by simply switching to natural gas or electricity off-peak.
