A high-pressure electrode boiler is an advanced operating unit that combines feedwater pump, internal circulation pump, automatic dosing device, deaerator and other components to ensure optimal operation.
The water supply pump maintains a constant water level in the outer boiler drum, while the internal circulation pump, together with control valves and control units (load, pressure and water level controllers), work in a logical relationship to adapt to load changes and thus meet the demand for hot water supply. The load regulation ranges from 0–100%, and the automatic dosing unit ensures minimal conductivity for optimal efficiency.
Transen’s high-pressure immersion electrode boilers are designed without a central ground connection, require no grounding transformer and comply with all applicable power equipment regulations. They offer low investment costs, high safety and a unique inner/outer cylinder structure that ensures high voltage insulation. Control system
The electrode boiler is controlled by an intelligent programmable controller with I/O and communication modules. The system has advanced AI, user-friendly screen with Chinese and English menu, and supports human-machine dialogue.
It collects and analyzes operating signals in real time for safe and stable operation. Parameters can be set automatically via intelligent algorithms that adapt to load changes, or manually for full operator control.
